1. About the Course
Vlada’s Signature Heels Course is a self-paced online Heels Dance course designed primarily for beginners.
The course includes instructional video lessons covering heels foundations, walking techniques, body movement, turns and pirouettes, floorwork, choreography, and four bonus lessons.
The course is delivered digitally through an online learning platform.
This is a self-paced program and does not include private lessons, individualized coaching, personalized dance corrections, or one-on-one feedback unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
The course is intended for users age 18 and older. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or participating in the course.
By purchasing the course, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained the necessary permission.
3. Price, Payment & Access
The current price of Vlada’s Signature Heels Course is $350 USD unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Payments must be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal. Full payment of the course fee is required before access to course content is granted.
Promotional pricing, discount codes, limited-time offers, or payment plans may be available from time to time.
4. All Sales Are Final. / No Refunds
Because Vlada’s Signature Heels Course is a digital product and access to the course materials is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment has been completed and course access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Before completing your purchase, you may be required to confirm that you have read and agreed to this refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact vladafotkoheels@gmail.com so we can assist you.
5. Lifetime Course Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course for the commercial lifetime of the course and for as long as the course remains available through our current platform or a replacement platform. We may move the course to another platform, update lessons, replace videos, reorganize course content, or make reasonable technical changes without removing your purchased access.
Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred or shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, resold, copied, redistributed, or otherwise used in violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property & Personal Use
All course and website materials are owned by or licensed to Vlada Heels LLC and/or Vlada Fotko, including instructional videos, lessons, written content, photographs, graphics, branding, audio, website content, choreography presented as part of the course, and other digital materials.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course for your own personal education.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials;
- Screen record or download course content unless a download is specifically provided;
- Upload course materials to social media, websites, cloud storage, or file-sharing platforms;
- Share your login information;
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer course access;
- Represent our materials as your own;
- Use the course content to create or sell a competing course;
- Commercially distribute our instructional content.
You are free to practice and use the dance skills you personally learn through the course.
7. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk
Heels Dance is a physical activity. The course may include walking in heels, turns, balance exercises, body movement, floorwork, stretching, choreography, and other physical movements. Participation may involve increased risks associated with dance and physical activity, including falls, soreness, strains, sprains, injury, dizziness, or other injury.
By purchasing and participating in the course, you voluntarily accept these risks and take responsibility for your own safety. You should participate only at a level appropriate for your physical condition. Stop participating if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or another physical concern. If you are injured, pregnant, have an existing medical condition, or are unsure whether the course is safe for you, seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating.
Vlada Heels LLC, Vlada Fotko, and related parties are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Every student progresses differently. Results may depend on factors including practice, consistency, previous dance experience, coordination, physical ability, strength, mobility, and time spent practicing. We do not guarantee any specific level of dance ability, flexibility, confidence, physical results, improvement, or performance level. The course is intended to provide instruction and support your learning, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.
9. Technical Access & Platform Availability
You are responsible for having a compatible device, stable internet connection, and supported browser required to access the course platform. We are not responsible for problems caused solely by your device, internet provider, browser, storage, or other technical issues outside our control.
Temporary outages, maintenance, updates, or technical interruptions may occasionally occur. We may change the course platform or hosting provider when reasonably necessary and will take reasonable steps to protect access for active users. Large course or video files may require sufficient internet bandwidth.

Unless specifically offered separately, purchase of the course does not include unlimited personal coaching, private consultations, individualized feedback, or guaranteed response times.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website and course may use third-party services such as payment processors, course platforms, website hosting, analytics tools, and advertising providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation or practices of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vlada Heels LLC, Vlada Fotko, and related service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the website or course, including injuries, losses of profits, liability claims, or technical delays. This limitation applies only to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the course, website, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
